We had a check for a grant. They worked with us to successfully cash it for our business. They were professional. Personal. We appreciate there help. It was about 2pm at that. They were cdc updated. Wore masks. Thank you

HORRIBLE customer service. Its CHASE issued check, it shouldn't matter if bank of america could cash the check, your bank issued me the check in my name. You had two verified forms of ID. This is why people hate traditional banks, total scam artists. Train your people better.

For the 2nd time in this branch I have been racially profiled. Im not sure what corporate has been teaching them but for some reason my money isn't as good as a white man's money. I just paid off an over due account with chase and had full intentions on opening a new account here considering my business account is here. It's truly sad with everything going on here that this is still an issue. However I had my white co owner come and they cashed it with no issue. Absolutely atrocious.

Not happy with the guy that interupted us ehile tryong to do the transaction that we were doing. I dont like the fact that they treated us so rude and snarky. I can say the only one with a good attitude was the gal that helped us in the window...

I have not had a great experience the last two times at the Legends Branch..So I would give them a one star ratingnnthe other bank at Mt Rose Hwy is excellent....Especially Frank Camacho,the manager who has been outstanding
