Southwest Airlines

Amazing and professional service and employees! My son took his first unaccompanied minor trip this morning, and one of the flight staff was kind enough to take time out her day to take a picture of him for me in the cabin! They treated him so well! I will never fly with another airliner again! Thank you southwest!!

I always fly Southwest when I can. Rewards program is decent, and their planes feel cleaner and more spacious than Delta or AA. Love getting my bags checked for free. I wish they had more control over how talkative other passengers are, but usually a silent stare dissuades too much friendliness. I do wish they had more in flight entertainment options for when my kid flies with me.

Great! However if I have to eat another pretzel!!! Lol, seriously... I flew across the country and would have loved more than a snack, but I enjoyed the staff tremendously. Got where I needed to safely and that's the goal!!! Great job

Horrible service tonight. Landed at 840, it is 915, 15 gates to go through, but we can't get to one it is time for a 2 to 10 shift be seen by the operations bosses. What a let down. Get it together or go away. So disatified!!!!!!!!!! A one rating is too high!!!!
