Listen this is hands down the best quality home cooking Mexican food you'll find in Ruidoso. Monday thru Friday Mario normally makes a burrito, salad and soup but call about 11am and see what's on the menu for that particular day. You coming to town and looking to BBQ something at home?? Best quality steaks grown locally but like I said call ahead. He also has several protein items in his freezers vacuum sealed and ready to go and his line of produce is second to none. I'm eating his cooking or shopping 3-4 times a week and never been let down. A true blessing to have up on this mountain.

Tacos al pastor were delicious, but I was still a little hungry. Next time I'll have to order ahead for a burrito.
Alaskan King Crab and Beef Tenderloin combo is the best. Many other cuts of beef and fish also available. They also have locally grown vegetables. Never been disappointed. Kudos to Mario.
