Ruidoso Sushi

Visiting from out of state and pleasantly surprised to find this amazing sushi restaurant in the mountains! Had to AZ and TX rolls along with the Gyoza. Everything was excellent!

Flavor! Umami. Taste you cannot find anywhere else in town! Sooo HAPPY

Some traditional nuances like the gourd in the fortune roll, nice pickles in the pickled Rick roll. Wonderful ginger salmon and tasty curry, wouldn’t mind a little more potatoes in that as the chef prefers more of the protein. Cordial staff. Thoughtful presentation. We are so excited Ruidoso has this place.

Holy Moly go here! We have eaten sushi all over the country and this is one of our most favorite experiences. The rolls were all carefully crafted- obviously a lot of love and quality ingredients in the kitchen. I called for take out (COVID) at 6:00 pm and they were already booked with orders. The incredibly kind gentleman working the phone agreed to stay later to accommodate our order! We were so so grateful since this was our only night in town. It was worth the wait and he was so kind when we picked it up. Delicious vegetarian options, delicious food in general. Do it!
