I had a account here before and it was constantly a pain then, I gave them a second chance after a few years, when I went looking into car loans. It's been nothing but a pain to work with this company. They keep freezing up our accounts after we made loan payments, which constantly cause late fees on top of the payment that we had to pay for which ever bill was due. I have never had such a difficult time trying to deal with a bank. I am stuck dealing with them a bit longer ,but after we can refinance our car else-where I'll never do business here again. It was a big mistake going with them again,nits been as painful as cutting off my left ball.
I been banking there for a long time and still use my account there. I've borrowed money there and really have no complaints. I have been a fan of credit unions most of my life and will continue doing business with them. If I have an issue there, they will work with me to fix the situation. I am giving four star's only because no matter what you do, I believe there's always room for improvement. Stay healthy.....
Really gets on my nerves that they can't stay open till 6:00 so anybody that works till 5:30 never can withdraw any money out of their account without using the ATM and if they have to withdraw more than $500 have to make multiple attempts to the ATM account that would be nice if they could be open till 6:00 like every other bank in town for us that still work until 5:30
