Love this company. Really great communicators! They did what they said they would do. I am very pleased with the tile they replaced, the pallet wood installed AND the tub they took out and the shower they installed. Pleasant people to work with!

After they tried to upcharge from my original quote, I denied the service. Once I asked if the company was associated with the Better Business Bureau, Ed the manger proceeded to confront me, try and slap the phone out of my hand (as I was now filming) and then literally tried pushing me out the door while I was on my way out. This place is a joke.

My close friend, Darlene Ollom Ray, used EPC three times. The first time it was Ed Sr. who did the work and the job was done great. The second and third time Ed Jr did the work and things were done poorly. She actually had to ask them to stop work on the third job because of quality issues. She still paid the full cost of the work but the job was never completed. He was told a list of specific products she wanted used and specifically how she wanted the work done. He took detailed notes but the work was not done according to those notes and several of the requested products were not used. As an aside, Darlene has been a business neighbor of Mr. Perales for many years and when she had her hip replaced Ed Sr. built her a ramp at her business while she was in the hospital. He did this out of the kindness of his heart and did not ask for payment. The bottom line is that she will never use EPC in the future because of Ed Jr and wants readers to know that they may not get quality work from Ed Jr.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EPC! I had a 20x10.5 hole in my kitchen ceiling. I called EPC and they were out immediately. They patched it and it looked like it never happened. Very grateful for this kind of service and the customer service from the individual was absolutely amazing!
