This place will hold your funds on payday when your bills drop and then charge over draft fees and say they can’t do anything about it. Never had this problem anywhere else. Save yourself a lot of $35 charges and bank somewhere else.
When they worked with USAA, I was able to go in and have them make cashier's checks on large amounts for me through their partnership. Now, that partnership has ended and I can not do that anymore. They aren't the only ones USAA doesn't partner with in this way anymore. The UPS store doesn't do deposits anymore, which is fine if you use the USAA app you don't need that service.nnWhen I did do business with them through USAA, they were amazingly friendly and would even give me check registers if I ran out.nnWe recently got a loan through them, so we'll see how that goes. I really don't expect anything less than what I've experienced with them thus far.
