Reviews
I read through most of the reviews before going and was very pleased that I took the chance. The decor and the ambiance seemed very good for this area. The service was really good and everyone was welcoming and helpful. If there were initial early challenges with the service and the decor, they seem to have been totally worked out. As many of the other reviewers noted, the food is excellent. The green tea was great and the roll I had was delicious. I will definitely be going back.
The food was exceptional. The service was good. I have to stress how good the food was though. The wantons were really good, the sushi roll I had was the best in the area. The jalapeno poppers they had were so good it's hard to describe. The ramen was really good too! If you are in the area please give them a try.
The food is good. I don't like seafood and they have options for those people. My husband loved the sushi. The restaurant decor is lacking still. They did just open. Maybe it will get more later.
I'll admit service wasn't the greatest because it was their first week. The sushi was so amazing and fresh that regardless the service, it deserves 5 stars. Some of the best sushi I've eaten in any state, and to have this in rural Colorado, definitely a 5 star review!
Excellent sushi! Northeastern Colorado is not the first place you would expect good sushi, but I was incredibly surprised by the quality of ingredients. The ramen was very good as well.
