Pretty decent little place to kick it for the evening, just for a short get away! Did have fridge and microwave! Only one bar of soap however and no extras or breakfast while we were there. Room was clean.
This hotel had the rudest staff and they do not honor there word. They stole my money for a room I never stayed in and I got hurt in the parking lot that no one shoveled. They treated me poorly and kept my money.
My father and i were driving for over 15 hours. We were exhausted to the point we couldn’t drive anymore. Close to the midnight we decided to stop for a night at this hotel to get some rest. We entered the building wearing masks, however a lady at the front desk named Nancy had no mask on. So out of curiosity I asked why she is not wearing the mask... and she just flipped... she said she had no king rooms for us. I pointed out that online i see the availability..when i was in the middle of booking rooms online she screamed that we have to leave. A long story short, we ended up calling Police on her. It was horrible experience. At some point the hotel manager was also involved, but he looked like he doesn’t care about anything.nAdvice to everyone:avoid this location!!!
I always carry my shampoo, but this time I forgot it and they didn't have or maybe don't provide the little shampoo bottles. They just had the little bar soap so had to use that so that was nice.
Convenient location and fair rates but the service was very poor. The desk clerk was extremely rude.
