I am a small restaurant business owner and was given one day notice that my gas would be shut off so they could work on the gas in the alley. I was out of work (no income) for two days. If I would have been given sufficient notice I could have made arrangements (like not getting a delivery from my food company). Poor communication, poor management.

We had a baby and were in the hospital for an entire week and my husband forgot to pay the bill so when he called a lady told him there was nothing they could do because they were closing in 10 minutes... Even after my husband explained that we have a 6 day old in the house and it's freezing outside. Funny how they can get over here fast enough to get it shut off but can't ever do anything to get it turned back on again especially in a serious situation like this one. Oh and might I add we never got a notice that they were going to shut it off...

It is terrible. The people are very rude and when i try to call to pay i call some lady. I feel bad for her. I don't understand why they don't fix the number and hire nicer people.
