These guys are awesome. Very easy and straight forward with business and quick. My phone was messed up so I couldn’t cancel my spot when I wanted to, and the guy weeks later still gave me a full refund without me having to ask! I’ll be back in the future fore SURE.

I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with the storage units as well as the staff at Bill's Self Storage! Jimmy conducted himself in a professional manner when interacting with me and would have even helped me move in but he was caring for another customer. I hope the manager there is giving Jimmy a raise for the work he is doing.

We stored our RV here for a month while we moved, and we were so pleased with the security, cleanliness, and amazing customer service. The gated space with key code entry was convenient and gave us peace of mind. Hunter and Jamie communicated with us at move in and move out and were very kind and professional as they ensured that our experience went as smoothly as possible. I would refer this place to anyone and absolutely rent here again.

We have been very happy with Bills RV Storage. They are always helpful and professional, they have good prices and a very nice lot. They also are very good at let us know when there are problems and changes. We would recommend them to others.

I have no reservations referring Bills RV Storage. Their staff are professional, timely and accommodating to all my needs, and far exceeds my expectations of a storage facility. 24 hour gated and video surveillance gives great peace of mind. The reason I switched to Bills is the storage facility I used before, experienced a storm that left my RV with 11k in damage while my family and I were out town. I found my camper badly damaged 3 months later, before departing on a family trip. Management explained to me, that in the agreement, it clearly states that they are not responsible, nor will they take action to inform owners of property damage. I have been with Bills for over a year now and have received very clear communication that pertains to the storage yard or information they feel is vital to the owner of property in the yard. They truly value their customers. My only disappointment was waiting as long as I did to store my RV here. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!
