The sign up process was more cumbersome and time consuming than I was prepared for. Additionally, I was frustrated by the fact that the lease says the payment is $82 rather than $41 and it specifically said I should not accept verbal comments not in writing.
I gave my 30 days notice, confirmed with Joe after we moved out that everything was good to go. They still ended up charging me full rent. Times are tough right now, I don’t take it lightly when my money is stolen.
I've had several storage units throughout my life and this one definitely ranks above the rest. Customer service is always a positive experience and security has never been an issue at the location. There are very good about snow removal as well which is much appreciated.
I thought the Kiosk was pretty cool and made the process quick. The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and knowledgeable on the process. Will definitely come back again next time.nnThanksnChay Hoffman
