I love this gym, my daughter goes to the kids club and loves everyone who works there. I attend yoga classes and absolutely love the teachers (Laura H. And Sherri) along with the Rebel Groove class. All of the instructors make you feel comfortable no matter what level you are and I never feel judged or embarrassed if I can’t do something. I think it’s an all around great gym!
After speaking with Caleb this afternoon and explaining the situation, he made the issue I was having with the administrative side correct. Extremely professional of Caleb and Zone to show what great customer service is all about. I am changing my ranking from a poor review to a solid 4+. Truly wish that I could have dealt with Caleb on the issue I was having from the beginning as I firmly believe the problem would have been corrected immediately. Thanks again Caleb!
Great gym! The equipment had a huge selection, is clean and well maintained. There is a place for every type of athlete and personal fitness here. Ismay Parker is an incredible trainer!!! She has an extensive training history thoroughly backed by education and personal experience. She pushes you hard toward your goals with youthful encouragement and steel resolve 100% of the time. She also checks on her clients outside of the gym, giving you a full personal training and health promotion experience. I would 100% recommend her and Zone Fitness to anyone.
Really beautiful gym with very nice, knowledgeable staff. I went in with some interest in joining just a gym in the area, but was so impressed with this gym that I signed up right away. Not only did they hook me up with a membership that lets me bring in a friend for free every time, but they scheduled me for a free hour with one of their trainers. I really appreciate the amenities and accountability offered here.
The staff at Zone have upgraded the facility way more than the previous owner ever had. I have worked out with both ownerships and can tell they are much more passionate about their members experience. Pricing is fair, the gym floor is never too crowded to the point I cant find a piece of equipment. Very receptive to wants and needs of their members. And the best part. They clean as a TEAM to make sure they hit as much as possible.
