More people need to learn about 9 rounds!! You get 1 on 1 training with someone with a quick HARD workout! It’s incredible! You really do feel like a family when you go in there.

I really hate writing this post because I did really like this gym, but I have had a very frustrating cancellation process and maybe this will finally get a response.nnThe gym itself is good, the trainers are great and the workout is super fun and tough. The place is never too busy so it's a pretty personal workout. If you go at the same time usually there is the same trainer and they really get to know you. I was pushed hard and felt great. The 30 minutes goes by quickly and felt effective. The facilities are pretty basic, there is no changing room just bathrooms, no showers, and no water bottle filling fountain (just a regular drinking fountain).nnThe major downside is cost. This place is very expensive. I found a cheaper option that I can go to with my boyfriend (for both of us to go here it would be outrageous). So I decided to cancel.nnI called and they said to stop by in person. Ok, its annoying but whatever. I went in and filled out a confusing cancellation paper. The trainer working didn't really know how to fill it out. It was a 30 day cancellation notice as well. Super annoying again but whatever. Left my phone number for the owner multiple times and never got a call. I was charged that month but said it's ok, it'll be the last payment.nnJump to the next month and I've been charged again. Ok now I'm pretty frustrated. AND this payment is more than 30 days after the last, 32 to be exact. I went by the gym to see if they had the paperwork so I could take a photo of it for my bank or just to speak with someone who knew what was up. Owner was MIA. So I left my phone number again. Stopped in another time, still no owner present. Still have not heard back at almost 2 months trying to cancel my membership. So I filled the dispute with my bank, hopefully they will get me my refund. Extremely frustrated through this cancellation process. So maybe just.. beware of that before joining.
