What a great environment! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All the trainers are very knowledgeable! Journey has everything I need without the big corporate feel. I'm more than just a member #.nI've been working with Nicki for awhile and she is truly amazing. She knows when I need a kick in the pants and she is truly proud of my successes. A trainer like her makes the early morning workouts manageable!

Hands down, the best choice I’ve made training at Journey Health and Fitness AMAZING GYM, OUTSTANDING WORKOUTS EXCEPTIONAL TRAINERS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking out Journey Health and Fitness.

This is the perfect place for someone looking for a small gym with a variety of new equipment to meet their fitness needs. It’s a comfortable, clean, friendly environment for all fitness levels. All the trainers are great too. Nicki is an exceptional trainer, she takes the time to understand your fitness goals, develop a plan and encourage you to keep on track. She will push you while also making it fun!

Love Journey Fitness and training with Nicki. The gym is small enough to feel manageable, yet has absolutely anything and everything you need for an amazing workout. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Nicki is an amazing trainer and knows when and how much to push.

Brand new equipment, no corporate or COVID BS, 24 hour access, extremely clean and organized. Love everything about this place! Highly recommended.
