It was excellent! One of the accent light strips in our house stopped working. Since it involved transformers and complicated wiring, I couldn't begin to solve the problem, so I called Mesa Electric, the company that had originally installed the lighting--and all the electrical work in the house when we built it 3 1/2 years ago. I knew they would do a good job, so it was worth paying the service charge for the work. They scheduled the work at my convenience and showed up exactly on time--to the minute! The two technicians who did the work quickly found the problem and set about solving it--perfectly. They finished and told me Diana (the owner's wife and business manager) would send me an invoice. (They didn't demand money immediately--how refreshing!) A week later I received an email from Diana with an attached invoice--for NO CHARGE! Even though it has been almost FOUR YEARS since they installed the system, they did not charge me for the service. Who does that?? I have always been impressed with Mesa Electric, and now I'm just speechless about how superb they are! Please consider using them for any electrical service needs you have.

Mesa Electric saved our remodel! We value their professionalism, quality work, and excellent communication. They do things the right way, the first time! We highly recommend Mesa Electric for any new, custom build, or remodel work. They've been around for 20+ years and I can see why!

Very professional to deal with. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. Replaced electrical panel and updated all my electrical.
