Had a great experience buying my Subaru here. Very relaxed setting and very straightforward. I was able to trade-in and purchase what I wanted without any issues. I wish used car shopping was always like this!

This is the place to go for an affordable used vehicle! My husband and I had a very strict budget for my car and I can honestly say that every other place we looked was...well...awful. after looking at several vehicles that I didn't think would even make it off the lot at other dealers, we went to High Plaines. It was such a refreshing change. These guys have clean nice used vehicles, priced very well, and they are so wonderful to work with! They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and up front about the cars. I knew everything about the car I bought (a beautiful Tahoe) before I even got the keys for a test drive! I even told them I was going back and forth between two of their cars and they helped me decide on which one would work best for me, taking into account the size (I drove a full sized pickup before and wanting something close but not as big), cost of ownership (parts can be expensive with some cars), and overall value. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for a used vehicle. Plus, the guys let us know that if we ever have issues, they're a phone call away. They were so patient with us and so welcoming and personable. Another aspect of the experience that we found lacking at every other place we looked. They're fantastic!

I was looking to buy a car for college, I am 21 years old and this was the first time I've bought one on my own. These guys are absolutely amazing. They set me up in a car within two days of looking. They are reliable, and very friendly people. They make the car buying experience enjoyable and help you to avoid any stress during the process. Definitely will buy from them in the future.

I just bought a 1991 chevy from them. First time ever buying a vehicle out of state or online other than a local facebook one. They made it a wonderful experience, easy, and no high pressure selling. I felt like i was talking to another person and not a used vehicle salesman. Very honest and worked with me to get my truck to me in Kansas. Please consider them if you are looking for a used vehicle. Shipping and everything was well taken care of. Thank you.

I purchased a 2004 Subaru Forester June of 2020. I was currently moving from Japan and had my father-in-law test drive it and pick it up for me. He parked it at his house until I arrived. However, when I picked it up I noticed it was leaking oil, and upon opening the hood I found the dirtiest engine bay I've ever seen. After analyzing the leak I discovered one valve cover gasket was leaking and both head gaskets were leaking externally. I will never buy another vehicle from this place nor will I recommend. Take your business else where. The only reason I'm giving one star is, because they deducted $200 off the price due to a cracked windshield.
