Picked up order curbside. Delivery was prompt as soon as my car pulled in. Kevin was courteous and pleasant. I forgot to order a coffee. Kevin quickly went back inside and brought out a coffee, no charge. I’m pleased with the quality of food and service at this Panera.
Great spot for a quick meeting. Staff was friendly and the place looked good and covid precautions are in place. Almost felt normal. Nice job
Excellent customer service and very good bakery items as well. Loved their brownie. Though the sandwich seemed to be a little small for the price but will go back for more bakery items
Staff is great! Always friendly & helpful. Food is always prepared to order. Any issues I've ever had the management has gone above and beyond to make it right!!! Love this Panera!!!
The worst. Since the owner's sold to a different company, the food is really pathetic now. I don't know why they call themselves a bread company any more. They had only white bread and tomato basil and not much more. Almost no pastries and the bagels are much smaller. I complained about how poor the sandwich was and even sent an complaints to their customer service department. I don't expect this company to servive much longer. Never heard back and won't go back. Do everyone a favor and just close. Your food is not worth the price. I guess it's no secret anymore, I saw maybe six other people in the place during the dinner hours. Used to be packed years ago. Sad
