Certain people entered the stored unmasked and we're not told a single thing. Enforce the mask rule don't want to risk dying simply trying to get my own money.

I went to open a new account and Kristina Vasquez, the account specialist, greeted me in torn spandex. I just wanted to open a checking account and had to disclose my yearly salary and many more aspects of my financial status well beyond what should be necessary to just open a simple personal checking account. Plus, I found out there are charges to have an ATM card, and several other services even though this was marketed as a free account. What a disappointing experience.

Have not been in the branch for a while after I've discovered online banking with their Android app. However, my past in-person experiences were pleasant. One problem with doing business with a smaller local bank is that it is easy be be outside of their territory with no branch service. Also, it is difficult to get an international wire going, as they have to rely on WF as a proxy. Overall, I'm very satisfied as a customer, and I am super happy that I don't get nickel and dimed by large evil banks anymore.

Horrible Experience! Stay away from this location! The blond bank manager turned me away to get a business account. I had all the paperwork that I was told I needed. I even called 1st banks customer service afterwards and asked them if I had the correct documents and they said YES! She was so rude and couldn't be bothered to help me whatsoever. There was an employee attempting to help me and she told them to stop. MOVING ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS TO ANOTHER BANK TODAY!
