For my first time buying and having a tailored bespoke suits I knew I wanted it to have a special emphasis on attention to detail. Jake Hadley was the tailor who made the suit happen. Jake took over my suit project after unfortunate circumstances with a prior tailor. He was methodical and to-the-point while offering great points about my preferences and styles. Overall incredibly happy with my experience and definitely will be going through Tom James again.
Peter my sales professional has taken great care of me with the custom clothing I purchased from Tom James. He came directly to my office for the sales consultation and then brought my custom made garments back for trying on. Amazing product and fantastic client service.

I have had an excellent experience with my representative with Tom James. I believe it comes down to the person you do business; if you get lucky and get a responsive and attentive partner you should be all set. If you get someone who doesn't meet that standard make a change.
