I have never had a problem with Red Mountain Storage! We are on auto pay, and even though we receive statements each month, they automatically take the payment out. I think they have gone out of their way to be of service to me! Highly recommend!

We have had storage units with Red Mountain for years. Their staff easy to work with and have addressed any concerns we have ever had. We love the security system that they installed so that we can feel sure that our property is in a safe and secure area.

I have had a storage unit with Red Mountain for several years and their customer service far surpasses any other storage facility I have used in the past. And on the occasional month that we were late paying they were very understanding & flexible with us. We recommend Red mountain storage to anybody needing to store their valuables.

Costumer service is terrible! I moved out 2 months ago and they are still charge my credit card. They do not return emails or phone calls and they are never in the office. Do not participate in there auto pay feature. Avoid this business!
