Excellent personal fitness training and the best part of it all are their wonderful massages especially when you need to loosen up after a hard training. Highly recommend, come join! You won’t be disappointed.
Love all of the staff and the facilities are great. Many extra touches like face towels, manduka yoga mats, and warm neck pillows (before massages). Very competitive pricing for superior services! Owners Christina and Mighty are very involved in the community are really care about the well-being of their neighbors, staff, and clients.
I went to Verde looking for a massage therapy to get better from some pain on my hip, psoas, and other pain on the ball of my foot. I had an amazing experience with Kristina, who discussed with me different root causes during the session.
