I have been coping with severe back and neck pain since age 16. I have regularly remedied with chiropractic and massage, but the pain lingers/ returns.nnI finally made the decision to try acupuncture and cupping, and went to see Jenna at Health discovery since I work in the area. I had my first ever acupuncture treatment with cupping last week and I have to say that Jenna Beem did magic! I felt the tension literally pulled from my upper back, where I like to store it. Almost a week later, I still feel lighter and more fluid. I'd definitely recommend her work!
I've had acupuncture treatments from both Jenna and Lillian for stress and pain in their clinic and have loved it every time. I'm especially a fan of the cupping. Next thing I'll try will be facial acupuncture if I get a chance.
