This is a great local gym! All the machines are good quality and it's not too crowded. Their new location in Columbia City is a bit smaller but it's a newer building and I've never had to deal with wait times to use machines. These days most gyms are big corporate chains, so it feels good to support a locally-owned Seattle business!
Great work out space! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Equipment is always very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend AND it's a great price!
Cannot recommend highly enough. They have quality equipment and a clean, well-maintained facility. What sets them apart, though, is the people. The owners are just outstandingly nice, generous people.nnThis is the kind of place where a competitive powerlifter, a college-aged runner, a 75-year old trying to stay active, and a teenager just learning to lift weights can, and do, all feel welcome.nnIt really helps to stick to a workout plan when you can come to such a friendly and welcoming gym. I highly, highly recommend it over any Globo Gym. It is also quite affordable. 10/10, my favorite gym ever.
The best gym in the neighborhood, if not all Seattle. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the regulars are always respectful. A great place to get healthy, stay healthy, and make some friends on the way.
