Great gym, very clean and great equipment selection
I started here as a complete beginner, and I’ve felt welcome and comfortable since day one. The blast off class was perfect for easing me into CrossFit, and the coaches have always been willing to modify workouts for my bum shoulder. The coaches and owners are incredible people who have turned this gym into a community and family. I feel a stronger sense of connection to my neighborhood since joining and love that I get to work out with friends every day.
I really like the atmosphere. It's about being kind, considerate, open, and accepting. I also like the equipment.
Clean, the employees are always there to help and are nice.
Great gym overall, great community, solid coaching. I've been to a bunch of crossfit boxes, and this is the first one that doesn't make me feel like I'm part of a cash grab. The owners seem to love making this the best possible gym for the people that work out here, and they do a good job of it.
