I loved the trainer, Vinny-very personable and easy to understand. This was my first group fitness experience so I was a little nervous but it was great. Everyone is so busy doing their workout and so much is going on you don't have time to worry about it. It was also an amazing workout, definitely challenging but in a good way.
Tried a free class. It was very good. Will take classes for two months and see how it goes.
Great coaches and staff, would recommend.
Great place. Great coaches. Its nice to mix up my routine when I'm not running and get some inspired core and strength work in.
I love Orange Theory! This place is my favorite exercise cult ever! Seriously though. You must try it!
