My husband & I recently purchased a home. Rebecca Warr did an outstanding job handling our closing! Her expertise truly helped to make the entire process run smoothly! We highly recommend Warr & Warr and plan on using them again in the near future.

The attorneys at Warr & Warr are outstanding. They take the time to evaluate the full needs of a client and ensure that they are completely satisfied. They are extremely thorough and professional and stay up to date with laws and changes. We were very comfortable with every action that they guided us to take and would highly recommend them.

Buyer Beware!!! Ron Warr is awful!! I had a closing with him and he called me a liar and accused me of fraud with no proof. He then decided to retaliate with a fraudulent tax form because he was under the impression I had written a bad review of him. I had not at that time. My deed was not recorded until 2018 and my funds were not available until 2018 but he sent me a tax form for 2017 and is refusing to correct as punishment. He is unprofessional to an alarming degree. My gut had told me to walk out of the closing based on how he was treating me. I should have followed my instinct.

I highly recommend Warr &Warr, P.C. I have gone to them for the last few years for both estate planning and real estate purchases. Both Rebecca and Ron are very professional and knowledgeable in all areas. Anytime we had any questions or concern, they were quick to respond. When you walk into their office, you are met with a friendly and caring staff. Both Rebecca and Ron make sure they explain everything and you don’t leave until all your questions are answered. I trust their expertise and will continue to highly recommend their services to anyone I meet.
