Molly and Dee are coworkers and friends, and they both are great. They have worked together for at least eight years. I know this because I moved to the Pawtuxet Village area in 2011, and I first started getting my hair cut by Molly when I was pregnant with twins. So, I could barely walk and I was huge, and not feeling so good about myself, and Molly was quite kind and friendly. Best thing of all, she allowed me to keep my really long hair, even though, looking back, I probably could have gone a little (a lot) shorter. My hair is a little frizzy and a little wavy, so I've never gotten a lot of compliments. Molly was not pushy at all about cutting my hair short, which was a first for me. She keeps things simple, and I really like how my hair looks now, a little longer than shoulder length, all one length, and I've gotten compliments about my hair sometimes since having her cut my hair.nnIf you decide to try Bobby Pins, I recommend scheduling out a few months. They let me schedule out my year, so I can get a Saturday 10 a.m. appointment in, say, December. Also, around the corner is a view of Pawtuxet Cove from the town parking lot. They are next door to a hair salon, a barber shop, and an ice cream parlor, and steps away from a bridge with a beautiful view of the cove. Molly has given me a lot of tips about how to take care of my hair over the years, and, since I am not crazy about blow-drying my hair, the tips have really helped with styling.

I haven't cut my hair since quarantine started so I wanted to do something drastic and chop 8 inches off....left feeling AMAZING. Melanie cut my hair into an off the shoulder bob and I feel like a whole new person. I'm over the moon with the cut and the service was great. Thanks!

This is my favorite place to get my hair done. Aveda products are used and are phenomenal. You really do feel fresh when you step out of the salon at the end! I really love the gals in here and they do an outstanding job.
