Mama Guzzardi's restaurant is so poorly operated. Very unfriendly not well dressed staff work here. When you walk in there is no one to seat you like the sign states and the staff all just look at you...like go away. It's very upsetting because the food when properly heated is very good. The restaurant is not well maintained and could use a good scrub down. My family and I have given the restaurant many chances and sadly something is always not right. Tonight are lasagna was so cold we had to heat it up. My husband's meatballs were pink and undercooked. They definitely need improvement.

The food was great, our waitress was great and fun to interact with, and the portions were massive. Cant wait to go back next time im in town.

Had to downgrade to 2 stars from three. The baked ziti is not the same. Disappointed. Can't say I will be back.nnGreat neighborhood place.

I think it’s been a year since we even ordered to-go sauce. When they bought out the old Mary Ann donuts, that’s when they completely went down the drain. I’m writhing this review in reminisce of how amazing this restaurant used to be. We grew up going here at least once a week, sometimes even twice a week because it was that good. There were Italian waitresses, high school girls hustlin to make money. This place had it going on. I’m not sure how they managed to ruin such a good thing but, I can assure you, this place sucks. RIP

I’m sorry to say I’m not a fan of Mama Guzzardi’s. It bums me out because I love to support local businesses and think it’s important to shop in our community.nnI know this place is a North Canton staple, you can’t beat the prices, and meat eaters seem to love it. It’s just not a great option for vegetarians. Every time I’ve ordered food there there’s chunks of meat in my sauce. I’ve asked about the marinara and they claim it has a veggie base, but I’m not so sure.nnIt’s okay. I’m not their target customer.nnI’m still giving them four stars because there’s lots to love about this place for carnivores. The inside is quaint with the family story and old photos posted around. When you eat there it has a real family feel and you can tell this is a well-established local business with lots of regulars. The food is served hot and seems freshly prepared. The serving staff hustle to bring refills and check in often to make sure you’re doing okay. The price for dinner is cheap compared to any of the local chain Italian restaurants.nnLike I said, I really want to like this place, but I can’t recommend it for vegetarians.
