Usually good but the last two pizzas I ordered have been over 20 minutes late, this time they had to remake?? my pizza and never called, then offered me Napkins!!! As an apology.. obviously new managers that aren’t doing their jobs well. Will give them one more chance before just asking for a refund and spending all my money with Italos on middlebranch Ave they never get it wrong and it’s always ready on time.
The pizza I ordered last night was an absolute mess. It was baked oddly, packaged and delivered entirely wrecked and jammed in one corner of the pizza box.nnIf it didn’t demonstrate such absolute contempt for your paying customers, it would have been laughable.nn**Called on Monday to let the manager know what's happening in the kitchen over the weekend. I did not ask for a refund or a replacement, etc... only wanted to let them know. The manager, who identified himself as Dominic. asked to see a photo of the pizza if on had been taken. One was provided to him. His reply was to call me a liar about the food.nnIt's best to avoid this location. Decent food or service will not be found here.
Iv gone through this company for 9 years. Waited over an hour for food it never came when I called back they said I never called in an order but charged my bank twice, after speaking with a (suppose supervisor) she said I wouldn’t answer my phone or door. Even though I sat here waiting for over an hr with my 3 Pitt bulls for food that never came. Bank told me to cancel debit card. Thankfully they put my money back in bank. But very unethical. Called this morning and was told they don’t have a supervisor by the name I was told last night. They lost my business guaranteed
Got the handtossed pizza. It was good but honestly I'm not giving up Pizza Hut
