I ordered through the app for delivery. About 20 minutes later, I received a text message telling me that my order was canceled because the store could not be reached. We then ordered from a different restaurant. An hour later, the food was delivered and left on our porch. We were charged for it, even though we has been told it was canceled and spent money to order elsewhere. On top of that, the order was wrong. We had ordered the mini cinnamon rolls and received the cinnamon stick instead. The cinnamon sticks are not good to us, and we would never order them. Completely aggravating and costly experience, we will not be ordering again.

I placed my order at 9:22 PM on 03/17/2021. According to the website, it would take about an hour to be delivered. Around 10:45 PM on 03/17/2021, I noticed that it still had not been delivered so I called the location I ordered from. I had called 4 times and never received an answer. After the second time, I began getting hung up on when I called. I know that this particular store closes at 11:00 PM so I began to get worried. 11:00 PM rolls around and I still have not gotten an answer or received a call and the tracker still said that my order was being made. Finally, around 11:15 PM, my order showed up, but it was cold.

Pizza was 40 minutes later then the app said it be. And it was warm not hot. Had to heat it up. It was disappointing.

The pizza was fresh and delicious. I just get concerned with the constant special promotions offered on web or in print. Then see a completely different offer on the building when I arrive. Otherwise the pizza was delicious and ready promptly. The Curbside service is great as well.

Tried to request at least one set of plasticware for the pasta, but nothing was brought. Would have even paid a dollar for a set if necessary. Bad experience due to no way of eating that portion at work.
