I'm not quite sure what the issue might be with this place but they seem to get the order wrong every single time with me. It has been that way for years. I recommend going to another location unless you just don't care how your order come out. My order has had missing items, under cooked, very late, or just cooked the wrong way. This location need some assistance and it's been that way for years. I just can't understand why I can't never get what I ordered. It's almost comical because my family and I bet on what's going to be wrong.
Good food. Staff? Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to get to the counter. I was told by a guy making a pizza in the back, someone will be right with you.... perhaps train all your employees on the cash register
Best pizza around!! Been going there since 10 yrs old 55 now.
Pizza Oven is the best pizza! I love the employees at the Cleveland Avenue location. They treat me as family.
Said order would be ready in 30 mins after getting there paying 1st and waited 15 more mins all to find out the girl gave my order to someone else and didn't even offer to make another one she just said we'll have to refund you I didn't even offered a pizza made for waiting all that time won't ever be back to the Cleveland ave nw location ever!
