Every time I walk into this Jimmy Johns, I always get the same guy. He is the best! He ALWAYS says,”Welcome to Jimmy Johns!” In one of the most enthusiastic ways!! He is very polite and I come back to this location on because he shows me how a customer should be treated!! I hope that the GM of the store recognizes him for always being a smiling face and super kind to everyone who walks through that door! A description of him is he is taller, dark hair, mixed complexion, happy, etc! Next time I need to ask for him name so I can update this!
i used to order from this store a lot and they were really good when i was working over in north canton and then one day it seemed like everythung went downhill. quality of the bread, sometimes hard and overdone and sometimes underdone. my business ordered for delivery for years and one day they told us we were out of the delivery area. that was fine we started ordering from jersey mikes in belden until the one guy who worked with us brought in a party tray from the belden store. the sandwiches were so good. well it was my day to bring in the food so i went to this jimmy johns because it is a stone's throw from my house and bought 8 sandwiches four #4's, two #5's and two #12's and a pickle bucket. the #12's were missing avocado and when i called the guy claimed it was inbetween the cheese. that was not the case. the sandwiches were sloppy like much of the lettuce was on one side of the sandwich and the tomato slivers (not slices) were inedible.
