Ross Dress for Less

I love shopping at this Ross. The staff are friendly and helpful everytime I go. I bought some good quality handbags for a good deal, one of the bags had a scratch and they gave me a reasonable discount. Would recommend!

A word to the managers and employees at this Ross... You guys ROCK! I know this has been a difficult time for all of us in the Seattle community with everything going on. Just wanted to say here: THANK YOU all for making shopping at Ross a Breeze.

This Ross store has really gone down hill, if your a man don't even waist your time, Ross always only carried B grade fashion and now they don't even have that, think of Ross now as a Dollar store for fashion; its cheap but looks like you just left 3rd world shopping bonanza..... RIP Ross Dress for less

like going here because there is plenty of parking and the store is rather large and spacious. It's next to Safeway so it is in a pretty convenient location. Amazing.

One of their cashiers, named Stephanie always has an attitude with all the customers. I always witness her being rude to customers when waiting in line, and I personally have experienced it too. Every time someone would return something she has a look on her face that shows her unwillingness to be working, and the way that she talks to the customers is so disrespectful. Just today she called over a customer before she was finished with me, and made them stand next to me. And as everyone knows, there’s a pandemic going on. It’s obvious that she doesn’t give the job her all and that she doesn’t care. I think it is for the best if nobody goes to this Ross or have someone else working on the return section. If you want to go return something, go to a different Ross.
