Came to pick up my car and it was WRECKED. The front left headlight is busted, the hood is dented, and the front bumper is busted out of place. When I went to the office to tell them my car was NOT like that when I took it they said they had pictures of the damage. They took those pictures AT THEIR LOT after they towed my car. My car has been parked up against my garage for the last 6 months and I’ve never hit ANYTHING in that car.

Had to pay over $600 to get my car and when I got it all my stuff was out of my car into bags they went through my personal items and cut stuff off my seats and damages my items I also have damage on the outside of my car and I tried talking to Janice but she won’t call me back!! They would not let me see my car before I signed the papers
