Dealt with Greg. So far haven't purchased but would feel confident in doing so. He's a very laid back, straight to the point sort of guy and I find that refreshing; especially purchasing a used vehicle. It's reassuring to get what I feel are honest answers to questions most dealers would feel the need to embellish.

I am very pleased with the team at R21. I worked with Greg. He was great. I asked for some additional pictures, which he provided quickly. I was coming from southwest Missouri, which was a 12 hour drive. I ended up flying into Akron-Canton. I asked them to have the truck ready as soon as they opened, and to also have the paperwork ready to go. They had the truck inside and ready to go when I got there. I took a test drive, came back and signed the paperwork.nnThese guys are great. No pressure at all, easy to work with and straightforward. I hate dealers that play games, and these guys didn't even try. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a truck!

These guy are great. I stopped in and found a pickup that I liked, made the deal and was back on the road in less than an hour with my new pickup.nIt takes me longer to go to home depot to buy 1 piece of sheetrock!nNo pressure, good natured, easy going experience.nBTW they have a good selection of nice clean pickups on the lot

The purchasing and buying part was very easy, painless and quick. The guys were easy to deal with. The reason i am giving 3 stars is because before drive 2 hours away to see the truck, i had asked the salesman twice to send me any known issues/cosmetic issues wrong with the truck. He sent me one picture of the tail light. Pictures online sometimes can hide the blemishes, thats why i asked him to send more pictures. Up on arrival the driver fender was a different shade of white then the rest of the truck and the paint job was very poorly done. Also the passenger rear door had multiple dents. The windshield was also cracked. The truck was not in the condition i had thought it was before driving 2 hours. Also another reason why i am giving 3 stars is because there was so little fuel in the truck that they had to put some in out of a fuel can just so i could get it to the fuel station. I have never purchased a car from a dealership where they haven’t filled the vehicle up for the customer. They did not work with me on price on the cosmetic issues that were not disclosed prior to driving 2 hours. They did discount $250 for the windshield. I would recommend this dealership to people just be cautious as the vehicle may not be in the condition you were hoping for.

Recently purchased a truck from Greg. The transaction went very smoothly. The trucks they have in stock are all very clean and seemed to have been well maintained. Everyone was very easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend R21 Motor sports.
