Our car repossessed by them and its whatever, BUT the lady was very rude, disorganized, didn't even know how to use her own equipment in the office, and pretended she couldn't hear us over the phone ON MULTIPLE DIFFERENT CALLS WITH DIFFERENT PHONES and tried to blame us for it AS WELL AS STOLE SOME OF OUR BELONGINGS as well as a pair of size 3x yoga pants I bought for my mother who is in a nursing home currently that I was almost certain she was wearing! I mean sure getting a car repossessed makes you feel bad enough but I shouldn't have had to deal with scum of the earth that steal things out of the vehicle as well, that was just salt in the wound.

The lady was rude unorganized and told me her business address was not online...so I pulled out my phone and showed her and she yelled at me and said it shouldn't have been there...do not use
