Not good. Everything was way over sauced, beef so dry it was almost jerky, the rice was completely flavorless. Husband didn't like his choices either. Portions left something to be desired but since it didn't taste good it didn't matter. Won't be back, there are plenty of better options out there to waste your money and pallet here.
You have to go around the giant sign in the lobby that says no takeout to get your online order off a table. It’s kind of confusing and mildly irritating.nnIt’s a fast food version of Asian cuisine.. so it’s going to be mediocre. Good staff though.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service at the drive thru today 2/14! The girl taking orders could not have been more rude! I have NEVER been interrupted multiple times while placing an order to be rudely told we were not ordering correctly! Moving forward we will be taking our business to a restaurant that would appreciate our business! And to the girl working today at 2pm learn some customer service skills!nWe will NOT be returning to this location again!
Quick service! Friendly staff! Good value for the price. Easy meal when I'm in a hurry!
Well let's start with this place is a hot mess. From the 35 minute wait time in the drive thru at 8 pm on a monday to the incredibly small portions this location is a disaster( my third visit) I would say try the Rocky river location a much more professional site and better quality control.nTry and improve this mess please.
