We stopped here for breakfast before my appointment at the VA hospital. We both have always had great service and food from all Starbucks until today 7/27/2020. Hubby got the Impossible Sausage Sandwich, I got the regular one and a large hazelnut iced mocha. ud83eudd2eud83eudd22 We ate outside. The sandwiches were so greasy that they dripped on our pants and badly toasted. The iced mocha had no taste at all! I’m going to contact Starbucks also.
The staff are not trained well. They don’t know how to make half of the drinks they sell and when you try to tell them how most of them give you attitude. Some of the staff is really nice, but still not up to starbucks standards.
Barista(short-hair, lightskin, plus-size lady) was rude the whole time I was ordering, complaining about the drink I ordered and refused to help with a lot of things. Thumbs down big time.
