They had our order wrong. Cold food forgotten items. Only got three stars because the manager was super nice about it.

Great food, decent prices, fast & very friendly service - and as always, best shakes in the world!!
I'm not sure if today was an exception or the norm, but we waited 30 minutes for our food and when we received it, we didn't receive all of it. The cashier was one of a few employees that appeared to care about making people's food and making people happy. Also, the mens room had a dissassembled paper towel holder and no hot water. The food was slightly less than stellar as well.
