I bought an F-150 from Valley Ford and the sales process was smooth and easy. I had Mitchel as my salesman and he was great. Very knowledgeable and sold me the exact truck I needed. If you need a car go to Mitch. The finance department was very quick and I felt zero pressure. Thank you valley Ford. Will be referring fiends and family.

I spoke with Matthew Barone from this dealer. He was very rude and accused me of trying to perform a scam. I was looking into a special inquiry with one of their used vehicles to do collaborative work with the automotive supplier I work for.

Cory w is the best salesman there is! Told him what we wanted and in no time he has not only 1 truck but 2. Exactly what we needed and for the right price!

My friends business relies on his transportation. The team at Valley got our Ford Super Duty up and running and treated us excellent.

Came for a simple oil change for my 2010 Ford Focus, thought it would be an hour long process but boy I was wrong. After about an hour and a half of me taking a walk and then returning to sit there, I am informed my battery is dead, the one I had put in a year and a half ago. I’ve had absolutely no issues with this car up until this point mind you, and I don’t have the $150 sitting in my pocket for a new battery, so I walk to the bank and back. By this time it’s been 2 hours or so, I walk in with the money and sit down assuming they are changing my battery. I sit for a while and I’m getting hungry so I head home to grab some lunch. I call down at 1 or so, mind you my appointment was for 10:00am, and ask about my car. The guy says I’m good to go so I head down to pick it up only to learn that my battery is not dead, my car is a little old and you have to push the key hard, assumed they would figure that out since they are mechanics. They didn’t even test the battery before they told me it was dead either. So a simple oil change turned out to be a 3 hour process that Involved me walking all the way to the bank and back for nothing.nnI took my car to valley last time in October for an oil change and they said I would need new tires soon, but this time they say they are fine. Doesn’t make sense to me. Also, the use an impact driver on the lug nuts which causes them to be too swollen to torque properly.nnAfter this experience, even though they are close, I will never spend another dollar at valley ford, and I would encourage everybody else to do the same, unless having a ridiculous no good waste of time experience is what you are into. Granted they seemed busy, but still, I’d rather have my vehicle handled by professionals, and the people at valley ford have proven to be the opposite of that.
