The food was fresh, fast and right. The sandwiches were actually put together, as opposed to most other fast food places we've visited lately, that were very messy. This location has a very short drive-thru that starts on the street, and they kept it flowing really well. Overall it was a great experience.

Typical BK experience. Nothing exciting, however, wanted to buy a bag of ice and they had no bags for the ice. This is not the first time this has happened, and not the only BK short on plastic bags for ice. I like to put the ice in my fridge dispenser bcz the water is not hooked up.
It was nice to have again due to not visiting for awhile. Excellent value, great service.
my order was wrong. I didn't get 2 whoppers I should have. I went back through the drive thru and told them I had only gotten 2, instead of the 4 whoppers I ordered. and I was charged for the 2 whoppers. I NEVER received a receipt either time. on the ride home I did some math in my head and it didn't add up. so I called and talked to the manger about it. after some time she told me that they owed me $5. I said thank you and was hung up on. I don't go to the Burger King in Brook Park because it's so bad. maybe it's the same here. be sure to ask for a receipt.
