I can't say enough great things about this local gem. I've had BBQ in most states and this is up there with the best of the best. An added bonus is the friendly and rad bunch of people running the place. They made Parma great again.
We love supporting businesses in our community. We happened to see the sign one Friday and checked them out. The food is soo good. I love their bacon and pulled pork. It has become our weekend treat.
Barabicu Smokehouse is truly a hidden gem. Amazing food - you HAVE to try the double smoked bacon, great friendly people, and fair prices. Highly recommend!
I’d always heard about the quality of food here, but never had the opportunity to stop in. I was drinking by today and saw they were open, so I stopped in. The gentleman working there couldn’t be any friendlier. I was given samples of brisket and also meatloaf. Plus a side of mustard base sauce for the brisket. The brisket didn’t need sauce. Absolutely delicious. The sauce was amazing though as well. The meatloaf was honestly the best I ever had and I’m a long time fan of meatloaf so that’s saying something. All the sides are homemade as well. Great prices. I can’t wait to get home to try everything. I lived in Kansas City area for over a year, and they’re supposed to be a barbecue Mecca, but they got nothing on Barabicu. I’ll definitely be back. Got more things on menu to try.
One of my preferred locations for bbq. This place is absolutely outstanding. The staff was sociable and attentive. Prices were decent. Food is like a place in Baltimore I liked.
