Everytime I ask them to make my bacon hard and crispy they always do it. Sad to say this is like the only Wendy's in the city that will actually do it. For me if the bacon isn't crispy, I can't even eat the bacon and take it off which is a waste of money. Thank you to the employees for making my favorite burger taste amazing!

I stopped for something quick on the way to an appointment. My food was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for a while.

They make it fresh. They make it good. The branch elevates the level of Wendy's to more than fast food. Every burger I have gotten here is made perfectly. Couldn't ask for more in a burger.nnFriendly and attentive staff. They don't rush and take the time to ensure a high quality product gets to you.

worst service. No communication. The workers aren’t respectful and want to give attitude. Also they say rude comments with the window closed even though you can still hear them yelling. The manager has attitude and allows the workers to act the way they do and excuses it by defending them and doesn’t even acknowledge it or apologize for it. all I did was ask one question and was ignored. I saw them looking at me through the window. I had to pull up just to find out what was even going on. They said they were having head set issues but was speaking to me perfectly fine with attitude and being short with me on the head set. I asked for the manager multiple times just to receive attitude besides the one gentle man with long curly hair. He was really nice to me. But I don’t know why this is acceptable to allow workers to treat customers with such ignorance and allow it to be done. I don’t recommend it until the serve is friendlier. What a shame.

Always check your bag before leaving. We had placed an order thru the drive thru. We were missing one sandwich we'd ordered. Turns out it was never put in because it never showed up on our receipt. Hubby took me to McD to get me a sandwich. Just disappointed.
