Took my daughter for the first time Saturday morning, It was great! It was exceptionally clean and I could tell the employees took the time to keep it safe by changing their gloves between every transaction. I felt safe taking my family their! not one complaint!

My five year old granddaghter had a great time. It was her first time visiting Chuck E. Cheese. I gave three stars due to the lack of staffing in the dining room. I had to ask for napkins, go home boxes, and a highchair. There was only one young man working the dining room. He was pleasant when I asked for assistance but he obviously couldn't be everywhere at once. We visited on a Saturday evening. The food was expensive. Pizza was fair.

I'll never go back to this Chuck E. Cheese if I ever go to one again. When we arrived and placed orders, then we couldn't find an empty table that was clean. Went and asked for something that clean a table was told that she would have them buses. We stood waiting about another 5-10 minutes. When we went to sit down seen our first order a pizza come out but the girl had to walk the whole dining room because we wasn't seated and didn't have our number out. There was all kind of running about with absolutely not supervision at all. Come time to leave had to wait another 10 minutes to get prizes. They had plenty of employees there however none seemed to want to wait on anyone and only 1 person working the front counter. You might also want to put weight limit on the pony so 250 lb people don't get on it and break it.

Went for a birthday party at noon on a Saturday and it was not crowded at all. The attendants were polite and helpful. Everyone wore a mask and attempted to socially distance themselves. They now give key cards with springy wrist bands and they are on a timer. When you earn points/ tickets they are loaded on to your card. They then scan the card to see how many tickets you have to get prizes. Almost everything was great. The areas for improvement are: they should turn down the volume for the Chuck e Cheese song for the birthday parties. It was way too loud. Also the sound on the one alien baby ride was way too loud and the 2 year old was terrified and got off it. Also the car ride where the child sits next to the Chucky figure was out of order. Also they need a garbage can up front near the prize counter.

I mean it's not like it was when I was growing up but it's cool but I prefer to take my kid to D&B. It's not much staff to help if there is a problem though.
