Got a flyer in the mail from them. It advertised daily specials on one side and had some coupons on the other side. On both sides they advertised that you can order online and that they deliver. I called the next day to order delivery and was told that you can't use the coupons for delivery. I said it doesn't say that anywhere. The guy got a manager who told me you can't use the coupons for delivery. So I said fine, I will just order one of the daily specials. I was told that they don't have specials anymore. Even though I had received the flyer with the specials the day before. That manager told me higher managers were telling her they don't have specials, and that she has no way to process a special. What a waste of time.
The product, Guy's Pizza, is good. I love the Texas BBQ. But I have to give 2 stars to the Cleveland Heights location because I just took a bite of my pizza and felt a hair. I proceeded to pull a really long hair out of my mouth. Disgusting. (I have short hair & it was under the cheese, definitely came from the store) Previously I've ordered from them and they ignored/forgot my instructions to leave off certain ingredients. This store needs a serious overhaul.
Pizza to salty not enough sauce for to much money.
Very decent place I'm a very nice place to have pizza everybody there was just wonderful it was great afternoon I love the pizza
0.0 star nasty disgusting food nothing was cooked properly. looking at it made you ud83eudd22ud83eudd22ud83eudd2eud83eudd2e.wouldn't take a remake if it was for free smh guys pizza fell off. management unprofessional and rude
