We used to really love this place and would typically go there about once a week before the Covid shutdown in March. Since restaurants have opened, we have ordered 3 separate pickup orders with our most recent purchase today. First time, they messed up our order, but we chalked that up to it being a pretty busy pickup order night. Second time, our order was correct, but the flavor was meh. Decided to give it a 3rd try before writing this place off and definitely not ordering again. They charged me about $10 more for my order than it should have been. I did question the amount, but was told some odd explanation on why it had been rung up that way. I suspect that's their way of getting a tip on a pickup order- I had been planning on leaving a tip, but decided against it due to the overcharging. We get home, unpack our food, and get ready to enjoy a great meal. Unfortunately, that is not what we got. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. Strike 3 for Orwell El Torero's. Too bad, it really had been a great close place to get a meal.
