Burnt hamburger, the guy on the phone screwed up the toppings on both hamburgers, you need to learn how to cook a simple hamburger, I simply wasted $23.00 on two hamburgers, follow Big Bill's (in Middlefield) Example on how to cook hamburgers. You loose customers when you cook like that.
Received cheesecake that appears to have mold on it. called to complain and was told that the cheesecake is good. The manager had the nerve to give me a lesson on expiration dates. Offered a replacement, which i declined. It was also dried up on the side with soggy crust. Just terrible. They have lost our business.
