Nice place. Enjoyable. Basic snap gym
The owner/trainer at Geneva is always there & is very helpful and supportive. The facility is always neat and clean. The equipment is kept in good working order.
Small, low key, close to home Gym. 24/7 access. No pushy sales tactics. Wish it had the Planet Fitness kind of pricing but it is competitive with other local gyms.
Doesnt answer phone calls or return messages. Have been trying to cancel my membership due to the fact that I have moved. I have to cancel my debit card because money keeps getting taken from my account and I cant cancel my membership due to the poor customer service. Thoroughly disappointed with my snap fitness experience. One star is too much but I cant rate it lower
great place to work out, friendly people, clean, great personal trainer, not to busy, any issue is promptly dealt with by on site owner.
