Tried to order pizza from them twice. The first time, it never showed up and when I called them back, they had no idea what happened to the order. The second time it took over an hour, and when the pizza arrived it looked like it had been made by a 5-yr old child, way too much dough, which was not completely cooked, and the toppings were all in lumped in the middle and didn't even get close to the edge. I ate one slice because I was starving and gave the rest to my dog.nnI've tried all the pizza places in Ashville, since I live here, and Triple Play is usually the best as far as service and quality.
The food is always good, especially the wings and the white garlic pizza with chicken and tomatoes. Really good salads also. Lots of good stuff on the menu.nService is usually prompt, both with placing the order and the delivery.
Cool little neighborhood bar/ pizza shop. Friendly staff and crowd. Drink and food specials. I'll be back.
Got order wrong wouldn't replace it only gave me a 5$ credit towards a 25$ order.
First time eating pizza from here and WOW! Sooo good!! I can't wait to try other menu items.nStaff was super nice even though we kept going in the wrong doors to pick up. May just order delivery next time. Haha.
